I was influenced by 's pic of Regina (and our improve work over the last couple of days) that I decided to do one of Miss. Silver Angel herself... as well as the best looking version of her younger self to date

Before I get down to business, I've got a question...

Does Cel look alot better in her original uniform when compared to her older one?

Cause I've been thinking that it was well... too flashy for my tastes and that her normal one is way better ^_^ What do you think?

Handwriting is a reminder of getting my yearbook signed in senior year of highschool, I figured that Cel would have many close people make a tribute to her so in a way this is for when she becomes a Titan.
