****I decided to resurrect and redesign an old TTNG character into one for both TTNG and TTOC. Back from OC limbo is the Deadman himself...Darius Warner.

Relatives: Viviane Celestine (Younger Sister, unknown how older than her)
Occupation: Former Cavalier Battle Mage, Freelance Dark Hunter.

Equipment:
Obsidian Robes: Crafted from his family Robes to better withstand his dark magic.
Fey Breaker Scepter: A weapon of his own creation, a combination mace/scepter flail that extends out with powerful energy lashes. The Fey breaker is powered by the person’s physical stamina, and power varies based on condition.
Powers:
Miasmal Veil: Originally a Mist form power, was transformed into an advanced dark version of the spell. He can physically shift into a poisonous fog that can out maneuver, surround and even choke out his victims. Capable of staying in it for hours unless hit with intense electricity, Fire causes it to combust and force him back to physical form.
Crimson Aura: A vampiric force that drains his victims blood through physical attacks, Healing his wounds. Works only with living victims and not dead or undead. Works best with weapons, especially his personal equip; The Fey Breaker.
Look of Fear: Darius’ most frightening power, by staring into living beings eyes, he can drive his victim into both a deadly fight and flight response. Causing that person or creature to attack anyone and anything in sheer panic. Works only on living creatures, not those with demon blood in their veins or non-living beings.

Weakness:
*His cursed nature makes him susceptible to Daylight, causing his magic to be unusable and if exposed for too long, he becomes crippled.
*Spells and abilities are not as effective against demons and non-living creatures.
*Has difficulty trusting other people due to being persecuted for many years.
Significant Markings/Piercings: Deathly pale skintone, appears more human in daytime hours.
Personality: Stoic, masochistic towards his enemies, shows hints of gentleness towards animals and the opposite sex. Honorable to those who fight against adversity.
Background: The adopted older sibling of Viviane Celestine, Darius was a fiercely intelligent War Mage and gifted in the fields of Shadow Magic. He’s seen the gradual change and freeing of his people from control from Morgana, but not from her former general, Mordrid.
Always seeking the quickest method to ending the long war, Darius had created a number od spell weaponry for his people. The most successful and powerful one being his Spell Scepter; The Fey Breaker. Despite his innovations, Mordrid remained undefeated, even his former master could not undo her own creation.
The only way to counter Mordrid was to fight fire with fire…wielding his own curse against him. Mordrid was a living analgamation of the Curse of Deathlight, one of Morgana’s own creation.
In a heated battle, an infant Viviane Celestine was captured and planned to be sacrificed by Mordrid. Out of despiration to save his own, Darius had Morgana cast the curse upon him and thus he was empowered enough to bind and send Mordrid into eternal torment. After a bloody battle, it was won in favor of the Shadow Fey…but their champeon was no more cursed than Mordrid himself.
Because of his now cursed nature, Darius carried the only key to reviving Mordrid and thus causing the century long war once more. Unable to stay among his own kind anymore, Darius left Avalon for good, taking his curse away from the very island he once called home.
Living in the shadows, Darius has seen the change and evolution of humanity to its modern times. Staying away from mortals, he was content to keeping a long vigil of Mordrid bound…that is until the emergence ofTrigon.
Darius had heard of the interdimensional demon in silent voices through out history, he too felt that he was needed to keep this world from falling into darkness. That was until his own daughter arrived on Earth that his fears were confirmed. Trigon would be coming, and one of the only methods to prevent it was to kill Raven…that was till she made her stand.
Realizing that Earth was now seeing its share of dark magic and demon forces, Darius made his decision to watch and hunt from the shadows just like in the old days. But not as a shadow fey, as a monster far more terrible that would haunt nightmares…a living plague barer…a Necromancer.
Special Info
*Although he has vampirism traits, Darius hates the taste of blood and shys away from drinking it.
*Preferring to watch from the Shadows, he’s remained surprisingly undetected, not even the justice league knew of him.
*Never allies to anyone but himself…unless in times of desperation.
