What wonders never cease especially with what the devious wizard can accomplish.

This infusion...is my latest Dark Infusion. This one is another from the talented , Silhouette is the older sister of Hex and a practicioner of the Black arts. I asked her ahead of time if I went with a Dark Infusion instead of a regular one. Dylan's link to dark magic instantly clicked DARK INFUSION upon reading her profile. As you can see I got her permisson to work my wicked ways.

If some are wondering why the dark infusion hair style is different is cause that the striped look is more towards balance of light and shadow. While the dark style is more a mix of colors and less stripes.

I had to think and plan hard on this one, Dylan is a badass and I wanted to keep that. For inspiration it came from one of her own creations as well as a marriad of characters 

I was influenced by one of her future characters, the Demonic Dominatrix: Karen. This wicked woman became wildly popular in the TTNG world upon her debut. No way I could resist looking to the wicked vixen for a Dark infusion idea.

Shanoa, the emotionless glyph wielding woman of Castlevania: Order of Eccleseia was a character I looked to.

A surprising influence I didn't relize till now is the cult anime creation that kickstarted Castlevania: Vampire Hunter D.

Now power wise I looked to absorbtion and projection of Shadow energy. Since the Azure Phoenix sword rejects Darkness but Dark Magick exhists as a different entity, it cant alter or change her magick abilities...but bypass and block it.

To compensate for the loss of Magick, the sword uses its light half to protect Dylan's soul...while the shadow half manifests as a sentient creature upon her back. Auranian shadow energy may be neutral but it's appearance is more sinister. The physical form of the Sword reappears as an opposite of its balanced form.

I've never done a Sabre creation before, so I went the extra mile and had it be like a shadowy rune sword.

The creature appears like a parasite but more akin to a back tattoo, with a blinking eye. While she's being infused with shadow energy, her apperance reflects that of the creatre. But her attitude is unchanged.

The power she has allows her to draw and absorb neutral shadow energy (From shadows casted from objects, people, countless) into the creature. She can sharpen the Shadow sabre to cleave through most but not all materials, cast her spells using potent shadow energy in place of Darkness, and one of the coolest features is to meld with the shadows and surprise her enemies.

As with any Dark infusion, its lasting is short but highly potent. The creature acts as a familiar, working with Dylan and even sometimes criticizing her performances. XD  

I'm quite satisfied with what I came up with, I hope you guys feel the same too
